Client is being treated very poorly! Customer service is a joke!

Company's customer is service is the reflection of the company. Well, Journelle is definitely acting like they don't care! I Have been trying to get a return shipping label for almost 2 weeks now. Impossible to get anyone from customer service on the phone regardless when I call, NO ONE, EVER, PICKS UP, THE PHONE!!! Must have called 4-5 times and nothing. Will never deal with this company again. A waste of time. Hope someone sees this review and finally responds and helps.
